Recruitment Position: Medical Device R&D

Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish a medical device R&D team;
2. Participate in formulating the company's product development strategy, researching and making decisions on the company's technological development route, planning the company's products, coordinating internal and external resources, systematically solving key technical problems and bottlenecks encountered in the implementation of R&D projects, and achieving new product development goals;
3. Responsible for quality management and quality analysis and evaluation during the R&D process, providing complete product information and R&D documents to cooperate with medical product registration inspection and market access;
4. Conduct personnel training in various aspects such as professional technology, system-related, and document writing for personnel within the department, and improve the comprehensive strength of personnel within the department;
5. Complete other work tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with R&D experience in a medium-sized medical device R&D and manufacturing enterprise;
2. More than 5 years of experience in R&D and design of Class II and Class III high-value consumables medical devices, and 3 years of project management experience;
3. Familiar with the development process of medical devices and understand relevant national laws and regulations;
4. Passionate and with a spirit of research, maintaining sensitivity to new technologies, new products, and industry trends;
